In general, about 85% of the dirt in carpet can be removed by thorough vacuuming. So the first step in our dry-cleaning process is to vacuum the carpet with a powerful vacuum cleaner to remove this initial loose dirt. The remaining 15% is oily or greasy and cannot be removed by vacuuming. We then apply our unique organic and sponge material onto the surface of the carpet and work it right down into the pile. This is a soft, natural product that is environmentally friendly and has been moistened with water, detergent and a small amount of safe-to-use-solvent.
When it is in place it begins absorbing the dirty grease and oils from the carpet immediately - and because it is not diluted, it works very fast and very efficiently. The final process is to thoroughly remove the cleansing sponge using our counter-rotating extraction method. This not only completely removes the sponge, it also reinvigorates the carpet's pile, leaving it fresh and looking like new.
You will not suffer from spotting or re-soiling, a frequent after effect of wet-clean methods, that leave residual detergents that is sticky and attracts dirt.
